Thank you for this site. A lot of good memories - Class of 1969. Looks like we have lost a quite a few from our class, all really good people. I was graduated from OHS in 1944. Saw Francy Sessions in Arizona later. Was assigned to 11th AAF in Aleutian Islands in WW II. Anyone who knows about Francy, please let me know.
Reed 88yrs and still play golf.

I really like what Char and the others are posting on this site. Sure love the photos. They bring back a lot of great memories. Looking forward to getting in touch with a lot of my old friends.

I did not formally graduate with the class of 1966. I had my senior picture made but it was not included in the 1966 yearbook and I also got my class ring. It was much nicer than the old "cigar band" style. That year we were the first class to get the new style of rings with the gold oil derrick engraved on a dark red stone. I lost it in my back yard in Houston TX years ago but was able to get a reasonable facsimile made. Anyone wanting to see a photo of me would have to see the 1965 yearbook. I can post my senior picture at a later time.

It's always surprising to see how many friends who have passed. I was crushed when we had to move from Okmulgee back to Bristow. Anna Belle Turner asked me to stay with them and finish out my Jr. year....but I didnt. I wrestled for Okmulgee against Bristow and three weeks later for Bristow against Okmulgee. I had huge mixed emotions! I'm pretty sure that's why I am crazy!

I moved back to okmulgee thru years 1982 thru 2000 in order to settle down to raise my daughter. Then year 2000 moved to Tulsa worked for okla. University - Tulsa until 2009. Mom passed away in 2007 and I didn't have any relatives
just good friends left in oklahoma. Bissett and carol talked me into moving to Nashville and I'm glad I did. Although I'm an Okie at heart. Denise and family live in Philly with a 4 year old boy and 3 month old little girl. Too far away because UT my brother * * * lives in Cincinnati only 5 hours away. I drive most everywhere reason being I have a four legged sidekick schnauzer who travels with me. She would disown me if she didn't get to go.join this website cause it is fun to keep in touch. I had a great high school days....after I was was on my own, things kinda went downhill. Not bad but reality set in....live in a del Webb community with lots to do. If you come to music city look me up.
